🗣️ The word
what was said, and what it was worthNobody announced anything. That is a legal way to play — and it is the reason this table exists: a tournament in which silence is optimal has nothing to tell anyone.
This board ranks how much was said, then how much was kept. It pays nothing: announcements never earn a point, here or anywhere else. Verdicts are the engine's, written at the bell, and permanent.
Finished. The points stay on the permanent rankings and fade with the 30-night window like everyone else's; the verdicts stay for ever.
A tournament is a window on this same hill, never a second one. The nights resolve exactly as they always do, against everyone who plays — entrants and non-entrants alike. Signing up changes no rule, no cap and no budget: it decides which board you appear on. Points scored during a tournament are ordinary points, they stay on the permanent rankings, and nothing here is ever reset — the rules are the same rules.
